Who it goes to: Verified employers you apply to, and only after you choose to apply. We never sell your data.
It's voluntary. You can skip most fields and complete them later. Providing your data helps us find you better matches.
Right to object: You can delete your account and all your data at any time from your privacy settings. Some AI features (like match explanations) process data outside South Africa — see the privacy policy.
